This is our new neighbor, Alex. He's a year and a half older than Payten. He's our builder's grandson. By the time we move in, there will be a four year old, three year old and newborn (two weeks older than Saylor) across the street, Saylor and Pay, and another new born (a few month behind Saylor) who is also the cousin of Alex, Luke and the new baby. Wow!

How awesome! You will love having that playroom right off the living and you can see in it while you are in in the kitchen! How cool.
And watch that boy. If he's still there when they are teenagers, he may be sneaking over. :) And if the other baby ends up being a boy...watch out Saylor! Don't you love having girls to worry about :/
Wow, Michelle! You really know how to read plans! :) Yes, I'm glad about the play room too! Yes, Alex and Pay are already great friends! :) They're so cute! They talk about each other all the time. I love that picture of them! We all say that's going to be their engagement pic! haha! And the other baby is a boy! There are going to be three boys across the street from our two girls..and we'll soon find out what the other one will be! :)
